2019年是新中国成立70周年，是互联网诞生50年，也是5G商用元年，在此背景下，本届ICT领袖论坛围绕“5G融合，共建万物互联的智能世界”为主题，聚焦5G时代的科技创新与产业变革，旨在搭建一个高端前沿的交流合作平台，促进5G产业和应用发展，邀请政府领导、相关领域知名专家学者，行业领军企业高层共襄盛举。
The year 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the 50th anniversary of the birth of Internet, as well as the first year of 5G commercial use. Under this background, this ICT Leadership Forum takes “5G Integration, Co-Building an Interconnected Intelligent World” as the theme, and focuses on technological innovation and industrial transformation in the 5G era, with the aim to build a high-end frontier platform for communication and cooperation, to promote the development of 5G industry and applications. The Forum invites government leaders, well-known experts and scholars in relevant fields, and senior managers from industry-leading enterprises to join this event.

工业互联网网络创新大会
Industrial Internet Network Innovation Conference
为深入落实国务院《关于“互联网+先进制造业”发展工业互联网的指导意见》，加快推进工业互联网网络能力建设，在中国国际信息通信展览会（简称“PT展”）上，由工业和信息化部主办，中国信息通信研究院、工业互联网产业联盟（以下简称“联盟”）、5G应用产业方阵、中邮国电器材集团有限公司联合承办第二届工业互联网网络创新大会。
本次大会以 “加快高质量工业互联网网络建设，促进‘5G+工业互联网’融合创新发展”为主题，邀请相关部门领导、中国工程院院士、工业、信息通信业等相关专家介绍工业互联网网络发展情况，解读最新政策走向，分享企业内、外网络改造实践经验等，并发布我国工业互联网网络体系建设的最新成果。
In order to further implement the Guiding Opinions on Deepening “Internet + Advanced Manufacturing Industry” and Developing Industrial Internet issued by the State Council, and enhance the network capability building of industrial internet, the 2nd Industrial Internet Network Innovation Conference, hosted the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and jointly organized by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Alliance of Industrial Internet (the Alliance), 5G Applications Industry Array, and China P&T Appliances, will be held at the PT Expo China (PTEXPO).
Themed at “Accelerating High-Quality Industrial Internet Network Construction and Promoting Integrated and Innovative Development of ‘5G + Industrial Internet’”, the Conference will invite leaders from relevant departments, academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and experts in the industry and information and communications industry to introduce the developments of industrial internet network, interpret the latest policies, share practical experience on transformation of corporate intranet and Internet, and release the newest outcomes of China’s industrial internet network system building.

中国之光高峰论坛
Light of China Summit
5G作为国家重大发展战略，在我国已经步入了商用阶段，随着5G的不断发展，能够应用到多种场景。在此背景下，光纤通信技术将在5G时代发挥更大的作用，光通信行业也迎来了新的挑战和机遇。
此次论坛将围绕光通信产业链，邀请运营商、业内领军设备商、器件商等企业高层，讨论5G时代背景下，光通信产业的技术热点及发展趋势。
As a major national development strategy, 5G is entering the stage of commercial use. With its continuous development, 5G can be applied in multiple scenarios. Under this background, optical communications technology will play a greater role in the 5G era and the optical communications industry will face new opportunities and challenges.
The Summit will invite senior managers from operators, leading equipment manufacturers and component manufacturers of the optical communications industry to discuss the technology hotspots and development trend of the industry in the 5G era focusing on the industrial chain of optical communications.

本论坛以“智慧灯杆·5G赋能”为主题，秉承“全球视野、专业深度、商机共享、合作共赢”的理念，聚焦5G·智慧灯杆发展新成果，通过行业翘楚和领军企业敏锐的洞察和经验沉淀，借助国际舞台展现智慧灯杆产业魅力，汇集产业力量、精英观点，在5G建设与智慧灯杆的政策、技术发展、融合应用、产业合作等方面进行深度研讨，探索在5G+科技的驱动下智慧灯杆产业发展趋势和动向。
Themed at “Smart Light Pole·5G Empowerment”, and following the philosophy of “Global Vision, Professional & In-Depth Discussion, Shared Opportunities, and Cooperation for Win-Win Results”, the Forum will focus on the latest development results of 5G·smart light pole, gather the opinions of industrial forces and elites, and make in-depth discussion on policies, technological development, integration and application, and industrial cooperation of 5G development and smart light pole, as well as explore the development trend and tendency of the industry driven by 5G + technology. It will show the charisma of the smart light pole industry at the international stage through the keen insight and experience of industry leaders and leading enterprises.

AI Summit: Embrace AI's New Ecological Summit
信息通信业已经与人工智能共舞多时，随着5G元年的正式开启，未来还将扮演更加重要的领舞角色。信息通信业一方面能为人工智能发展提供强有力的基础网络支持，另一方面各类智能应用借助信息通信基础设施能深入到各个领域。未来，二者将加速融合，在构建智能网络、建设智慧社会等领域引领巨大的变革。
本次论坛将以信息通信业与人工智能的深度融合为主题，将邀请政府、产、学、研、用各方，共同探讨发展之路。
The information and communications technology (ICT) industry has danced with AI for some time. With the official start of the 5G era, it will play the more important leading role in future. On one hand, the ICT industry can provide strong basic network support to the development of AI. On the other hand, various intelligent applications can penetrate into every field with the help of ICT infrastructure. In future, they will integrate faster and lead significant changes in building intelligent networks, building smart society and other fields.
This Summit will take the in-depth integration between ICT and AI as the theme, and invite the government, businesses, academia, research institutions and users to discuss the development road.

The fourth 5G Innovation Development Summit—The First Year Unveiling the Commercialization Era
2019年6月，工业和信息化部发放5G商用牌照，代表了中国5G商用元年的到来，将带动中国科技产业快速发展与进步。同时，全球5G正进入商用部署的关键时期，接下来将会进入万物互联的爆发时期。
本次论坛将深度围绕“5G商用解决方案”，平行分论坛以“5G行业应用创新论坛”“5G云网融合技术论坛”为主题展开讨论，邀请行业领军企业高层及业内专家领导与会，完整覆盖5G行业技术领域，打造一场5G技术与趋势探讨的行业盛会。
In June 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued 5G licenses for commercial use, signifying the coming of the first year for 5G commercial use in China, which will drive the rapid development and progress of China’s technology industry. At the same time, 5G is entering a crucial period of deployment for commercial use around the world. Soon, we will go into an outbreak period of Internet of everything.
This Summit will focus on “5G Commercial Solutions” while the parallel sub-fora will be themed at “5G Industrial Application Innovation Forum” and “5G Cloud-Network Integration Technology Forum”. Senior managers of industrial leading enterprises, experts and leaders will be invited to create a grand industrial gathering on 5G technology and tendency discussion fully covering 5G technologies.

Future Urban Development Forum: Integrator of Intelligent Technology
智慧城市的概念巨大，中国已经至少有超过600个城市在铺设智慧城市的信息网。从目前项目推进的近况看，所有智慧城市的单独规划都在稳步推进，通过新ICT技术、通信及物联网的连接来达成智慧城市网的建设。
本次论坛将邀请各省市领导、行业领军企业高层共同探讨新型智慧城市的技术热点及解决方案，助力智慧城市新建设，打造数字新生活。
Smart city is a huge concept. In China, at least over 600 cities are building information networks for smart cities. The recent project developments show that, all the separate planning for smart cities are forging ahead steadily, using new ICTs and the connections from communications network and Internet of Things to complete the building of the networks for smart cities.
This Forum will invite municipal and provincial leaders, and senior managers of industrial leading enterprises to discuss technological hotspots of and solutions for a new smart city, contributing to the building of smart cities and creating a new digital life.
