We are looking for a senior manager to work with our best engineers and scientists to create new innovative machine learning enabled services and products directly for our cars and accessories. This role has a lot of opportunities for international travel, offering first-hand experience in what it takes to make the best European luxury vehicle on the market . It also offers the unique ability for highly self-motivated individuals to define the future of technology in automotive and well beyond. You will work closely with an ambitious team that is always hungry to do better, and will challenge your best as much as you challenge theirs.
Skills & Attributes:-

Solid knowledge in machine learning, statistics, or other specialized math background
Solid knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with the open source technologies
Strong understanding of fundamentals in leadership and team management
A progressive management style emphasizing openness, collaboration, and shared goals
Familar with Scrum/Agile software best practices
Extraordinary oral and written communication skills
Hands on experience with Object oriented design, Linux, C /Java, Python

Education & Experience:-

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, other related field or equivalent experience
5-7 years of relevant experience
2+ years experience in leading software development teams
Experience in managing a multinational team with distributed workforce preferred
