Machine Learning Quant - Leading Tech Hedge Fund
We are seeking a Machine Learning Researcher skilled with Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing techniques, Python and Java to come on board to a brand new part of our multi-billion pound hedge fund management business and be a part of creating the next generation of financial market trading systems.
We are looking for a Machine Learning Researcher with the below capabilities:

A Degree from a globally top ranking university with a PhD and research in a relevant area (machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision).
Two years commercial experience of working in a Quantitative hedge fund or post-doc experience.
Proficient with one or more languages (Java, Python, C++, C), databases (NoSQL included) and various programming styles.
Knowledge of a range of open source frameworks and development tools e.g. NumPy/SciPy/Pandas, Esper, Maven,Pyramid, AngularJS
Thorough knowledge of the financial markets and superb mathematical ability.
